| Apartment Reservation Deposit |
|
| Depending on the period you want to book and the season we may require an advance deposit of 150 Euro. This deposit will be considered as an advanced payment for your reservation at your arrival and deducted from the total cost. |

| Cancellation Policy |
|
|
| Cancellations made with at least 10 days before the arrival date will have 50% of the deposit refunded. |
| If you cancel your reservation with less than 10 days before arrival date or during your stay, you will loose the deposit. |

| Not arriving at the specified date |
|
| We will hold the apartment available for 2 days starting with your arrival date. After this 2 days you will loose your deposit and your reservation will be cancelled. |

| How to make the deposit |
|
| We will send a deposit request by email after we confirm your reservation. After you receive this email, you can make the deposit safely using PayPal, in our PayPal account using the link bellow. If you can't use PayPal service please contact us and we will provide alternate payment methods. |
